Whilst it does not provide funding itself, it does budget all the schemes at a modest \u00a345 billion, or \u00a31.5 billion a year (in 2022 prices).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plan is split into 24 separate packages, each package is a type of transport within an area, the actual amount of schemes is around 200. The schemes are aimed at rail, road, mass transit, active travel &amp; ferries.
